- cashWise Automated Teller Machines (ATMS)
The Bank provides cashWise Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) at its Branches.
The ATMs enable customers to bank at their convenience and have immediate access to information about their accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
PBL cashWise ATMs provide self-service banking facilities such as Cash Withdrawal, Cheque Book Request, Full/Mini Statement Request, Account Balance Enquiry, Funds Transfer, Personal Identification Number (PIN) Change, etc.
Cash cards are issued to customers to facilitate the use of the Bank’s ATM services.

- mobiWise (Mobile Banking)
Prudential Bank’s Mobile Banking service (mobiWise) is a mobile service designed to enable customers of the Bank perform some selected basic banking transactions via their mobile phones.
The service is fused to the Mobile Money Wallet space in Ghana which facilitates seamless electronic movement of funds from a customer’s traditional bank account with Prudential Bank Ltd to a Telco's Mobile Money wallet and vice versa.

- alertWise (Transaction Alert)
Prudential Bank's Transaction Alert service, known as alertWise generates transaction notification messages whenever a specified transaction type occurs on a customer's account.
The notification message is automatically sent to the customer via e-mail, e-statement and/or mobile phone.

- netWise (Internet Banking)
Prudential Bank’s Internet Banking service (netWise) is designed to meet the online banking needs of our customers by providing online access to general information on our products and services and customer accounts through personal computers or other electronic devices.
Our Internet banking service is a real-time solution that allows you to access your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. netWise allows you to check your account balance, know your transaction history and view or download your account statements. You can also transfer money between your accounts, pay your bills, change your password over the Internet all in a secure manner.
For both Individuals and Corporate bodies, the summary of products offered is:
1. Enquiries: Access accounts anywhere anytime; view balances of all linked accounts. Enables a customer to get a snap shot of their recent transactions and download their account statements in various formats.
2. Customer Services: This enables the customer to access a wide range of features which include routine enquiries on Forex rates, request for cheque books, stop cheque payments, view broadcast messages and communication with the Bank personnel
3. Transfers and Payments: Execute or schedule funds transfers between own accounts in the Bank as well as transfers to third party accounts.

- E-zwich Platform
This enables a cross-transaction channel where customers from PBL, other Banks and the unbanked perform all Point of Sale (POS) transactions from a common platform. Such transactions include cash transfers, retail payments, cash pay back and 3rd party bill payments. PBL offers interested merchants POS devices for installation at their retail premises. PBL also issues e-zwich smart cards to customers and non-customers
- Hybrid POS
The Hybrid Point of Sale device (Hybrid POS) is a product that has been introduced by Ghana Interbank Payments and Settlements Systems (GhIPSS) and operated by all banks on the GH-Link platform. The Hybrid POS is important as it promotes a reduction in the handling of cash as both e-zwich and ATM cards can be used for payments in shops and supermarkets where the Hybrid POS devices are available. With this service cash in your account or on your Card can be used directly as there is no need to withdraw cash from the ATM before you can spend.
